**Responsibilities**:
**This individual’s responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line and CCE
- Support Intelligence Solutions (I.S.) Precision Ag team with equipment setup, demos, infield start-ups and optimizations
- Monitor incoming calls from ExpertConnect to support the I.S. Team.
- Support all AMS installs including installation of weather stations
- Support and maintain customer data management products
- Be engaged in building/maintaining a constructive work environment within the team and organization

**Requirements**:
**This would be an ideal position if you have**:

- 2+ years’ experience working in an agriculture related role
- Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience
- Knowledge and familiarity with technology utilized in today's agriculture environment
- The ability to teach and talk publicly in a training event
- Above average written and verbal communication skills, in one-on-one and group situations
- Knowledge and comfort level in using MS Office Suite of products including Wor, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel
