We are currently looking for a dynamic **Human Resources Business Partner**.

The HR business partner is an experienced human resource professional who works directly with the organization's senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals. Rather than working primarily as part of the internal human resources department, the HR business partner works closely with executives while collaborating regularly with the company’s recruitment and payroll staff to make HR a part of the overall organizational strategy.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develops and provides orientation itinerary for new hires.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and
- Action state registration & payroll practices including processing of off-cycle payments like commission, bonuses, expenses, child support, etc.
- Ensure legal and compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
- Understand and action payroll implication to eligibility, enrollment rules and benefit selection Perform quarterly payroll reconciliation and payroll reports to the Finance department
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with executive management team to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to operate in a fast-growing company with 2-3x headcount year over year and proven track record in similar organizational settings
- Problem solving; you show a track record of defining problems and systematically presenting and implementing solutions
- A passion for evolving work environment (remote / hybrid); building a company in a whole new context for HR / People Function
- At least 5+ years of previous work in human resources, with benefits experience.
- Established and deep knowledge of Human Resources processes and terminology, payroll and benefit processes and procedures, including eligibility, enrollment rules and benefit procedures

**Additionally**:

- Post-Secondary Education
- CHRP (Current)
- Excellent planning, project management, and presentation skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
