**Le poste**
- Veiller à ce que l’équipement soit entreposé, protégé contre les bris et prêt à l’expédition
- Traiter toutes les tâches d’expédition et de réception, y compris la distribution en personne aux clients, le stockage des produits dans l’entrepôt et la réception des matériaux et de l’équipement d’arrivée
- Préparer la documentation, tant pour l’équipement d’arrivée que pour l’équipement sortant
- Tenir l’entrepôt propre et sûr
- Apporter son aide au besoin et assurer la relève pendant l’absence des autres membres de l’équipe
- Offrir à la clientèle un service d’excellente qualité
- Répondre aux appels et aux demandes d’information des clients
- faire l’entretien de la salle d’exposition, y compris stocker les tablettes, et entretenir la marchandise et les stocks

**Vos compétences**
- De préférence, 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du CVCAR et en logistique d’entrepôt
- Expérience au sein d’un poste technique/de vente
- Opérateur certifié de chariot de manutention
- Excellent entregent et aptitude à communiquer
- Bonne attitude générale et volonté de bien servir la clientèle
- Versé en informatique
- Solides aptitudes à l’organisation et capacité de travailler dans un environnement qui bouge et qui change rapidement
- Nous accorderons la préférence aux personnes qui ont une expérience antérieure en vente de gros de produits de CVCAR ou qui ont obtenu un diplôme d’un programme de formation technique en CVCAR

**Position: Counter/Shipper**

**Reporting to**:Sales Center Manager

**Location**: St. Laurent, QC

**The Opportunity**
- Ensure that equipment is stored and protected from damage and readily available for shipment
- Handle all shipping and receiving duties, including physical distribution to customers, storage of products within the warehouse and receiving incoming materials and equipment
- Prepare documentation of both incoming and outgoing equipment and parts
- Maintain the warehouse facility in a safe and clean manner
- Provide sales assistance as required and backup sales coverage during absence of team members
- Provide top quality service to our customers
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves, merchandise, and inventory maintenance

**What You Offer**
- 2-3 years’ work experience preferably in the HVACR industry and warehouse logistics
- Previous experience in technical/sales roles
- Certified forklift operator
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in e-commerce solutions and environment
- Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
