**Hours of work**:Up to 20 hours per week

**The Opportunity**
- Provide top quality service to our customers
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Quote prices to customers

- Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
- Merchandise and inventory maintenance
- Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

**What You Offer**
- 2 years minimum work experience preferably in the HVAC/R industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Preference will be given to those who have previous HVAC/R wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program

- Offrir à la clientèle un service d’excellente qualité

- Promouvoir et maintenir les stocks
- Accorder son soutien à l’entrepôt, y compris aux services de l’expédition et de la réception

**Aptitudes et comportements**
- Au moins 2 à 3 années d’expérience technique ou en vente dans l’industrie du CVCA/R
- De préférence, expérience antérieure de la réfrigération
- Excellent entregent et aptitude à communiquer
- Connaissance de la langue seconde (Anglais), un atout
- Bonne attitude générale et volonté de bien servir la clientèle
- Connaissance de l’informatique
- Nous accorderons la préférence aux personnes qui ont une expérience antérieure en vente de gros de produits de CVCAR ou qui ont obtenu un diplôme d’un programme de formation technique en CVCAR
