**Invoicing Administrator**

**Overview**:
The **Junior Invoicing Administrator** will be responsible for a variety of accounts receivable functions, and will work closely with other accounting staff, IT and customer service, to ensure smooth processing of day-to-day transactions and month-end reporting.

**Here's what you will do as an Invoicing Administrator:
- Own billing process - daily invoicing
- Pulling supporting data to match to invoice format requirements
- Working closely with Project Team and Operations Team to obtain relevant data
- Working closely with Collections Team on disputed invoicing
- Additional tasks as assigned

**Do you have the Spark? Here's what we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years experience in an Billing Administrator position, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel or other worksheet skills
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Experience with NetSuite will be considered an asset but not mandatory
- Detail oriented and ability to manage competing priorities is a must
