**Status**:Full Time
**Schedule**:11:30am to 7:30pm, some weekends
**Wage**:$18.00 per hour
- **_ Signing bonus of $400.00 - _**
- **_$200 to be paid after working for 3 months_**:

- **_ $200 to be paid after completing 6 months of employment in good standings_**

**Location**:840 McConnell Ave, K6H 5S5
**Important Information**:Retail experience preferred, Tim Hortons experience would be a bonus.

**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our **Retail Supervisors**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Help the Manager oversee the retail operations
- Develop and monitor a meal and break schedule for the staff that does not interfere with customer service
- Train, develop and lead a team of associates capable of providing great customer service.
- Perform administrative duties, including: cash register readings, orbit, inventory, banking, ordering and the administration of the “Be a Star Program”
- Be accountable for client and customer relationship building
- Ensure strict compliance of Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs

- Solid supervisory experience
- A passion for Customer Service excellence
- Detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid team player with an emphasis on customer-service
- Strong supervisory skills and the proven ability to motivate, lead and coach staff
- Superior client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Previous work experience with Tim Hortons would be an asset
