**This is a 100% commission-based role - there is no base salary or hourly wage.**

We are seeking a driven and motivated **Business Consultant** to join our team In this role, you will work with warm leads provided by the company, build client relationships, and close deals. You will collaborate closely with a Team Leader and the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

As a Business Consultant at Norsteel, you will:

- Engage with warm leads and guide clients through the sales process
- Tailor product presentations to customer needs
- Maintain strong client relationships with follow-up service
- Achieve and exceed company-set sales targets

**Qualifications**

No prior sales experience is required, but customer service experience (1 year preferred) is beneficial.

**Compensation**

**This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary or hourly pay.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 5V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
