**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and Lead**: Manage a team of laborers in tasks including garbage pickup, mowing, and trimming along Saskatoon roadways.
- **Organize and Coordinate**: Efficiently organize people, equipment, and schedules to ensure project success.
- **City Liaison**: Act as the primary contact for City of Saskatoon officials, ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining a positive working relationship.
- **Status Reporting**: Provide regular, detailed status reports on project progress.
- **Adapt and Overcome**: Proactively manage the crew and resources in response to changing weather conditions, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

**What We Need From You**:

- Proven experience in supervisory roles within landscaping or related fields.
- Physically fit with ability to stand for long periods and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, adjusting to changing weather and project demands.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
