We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate for employment with a rapidly growing family run distribution business. We are a small team that work hard to deliver on our promise to our customers, we rely on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a warehouse associate for our fulfillment center located in Guelph Ontario. The focus will be to work directly with our Sales and Customer Service Team’s in processing and handling orders on both our B2B and B2C Ecommerce sides of the business. The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm.

**Warehouse Associate job duties and responsibilities**:
Loading, unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a hand pump trolleys.

Counting, weighing, sorting, labelling, packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe.

Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered if needed.

Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers.

Working with others within the warehouse and office to make sure daily procedures are completed on time and accurately.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Experience with E-Commerce Marketplaces or proceeding online orders is an asset.

Expert ability to sort products and materials, take inventory, and weigh packages when needed.

Ability to quickly learn how to handle different materials and products, making sure products are stored safely.

Excellent oral communication skills with close attention to detail.

Understanding of all safety requirements for the warehouse.

Daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

Schedule and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.

Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

High school diploma or equivalent

Two or more years of experience in a warehouse

Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies

Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

Ability to work collaboratively with all company staff

Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week (8:30am -4:30pm M-F)

Bonus Pay & Overtime
