Our London Ontario Location is looking for a dedicated, hard-working team lead for our Flagship distribution center. We are looking for a proven leader who can work well independently and manage a team in a high volume distribution centre.

- Previous warehouse experience **required**:

- Ability to manage a fast-moving warehouse with lots of stock moving in and out daily
- Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs on a regular basis and the ability to think on the go are **required**:

- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day is **required**.
- Previous warehouse management system experience is an asset

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Picking and staging parts for delivery
- Receiving new product and putting product away in its proper location
- Packaging and labeling products for shipment
- Preparing the warehouse for incoming stock
- Processing warranties and debit memos on returns
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and tidy
- Managing a team making sure performance goals for the distribution centre are met

The London distribution center is the heart of our Canadian operations. Salary $40,000 to $48,000 per year plus performance bonuses and company perks.
