Convergint is looking for a Bilingual full-time, team-oriented, results-driven, Contract Specialist (FR/EN) to join our amazing culture at our Laval, QC location. In this role, the Contract Specialist will be responsible for assisting in all aspects including providing prompt responses to customers/colleagues, tracking and communicating litigation matters and maintaining organization and efficiency within the legal/contracts department.

**What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”**
- Review and gather contract requirements for all project bookings. Assist with contract analysis and evaluation for Contracts team and legal department.
- Upload contracts for legal review to iReview database. Liaise with internal legal team and outside counsel and escalate any contract issues to the appropriate legal resource.
- Coordinate and maintain Master Subcontract Agreements, insurance, Workers Compensation.
- Assist with Subcontractor prequalification and issuing master agreements.
- Obtain insurance certificates and bonds as required.
- Assist with obtaining signatures, track, mail and file all Canadian contracts and other necessary documents. Assist with maintenance of all contracts in iReview database.
- Assist with administration of the Records Retention policy for all Canadian CTCs.
- Assist Canadian Sales Team and Project Managers with administration files throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist with maintaining/tracking Business Licenses and renewals for all Canadian locations.
- Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer’s first choice for service.
- Executes all work in accordance with Provincial, local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Communicates with and works with the other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center, and company.
- Keeps up to date and informed on all company policies.
- Presents a professional image of Convergint at all times in appearance and behaviour.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

**What You’ll Need**
- Must be fully fluent in both French and English
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills and ability to deal with a wide cross section of people both internal and external to the business.
- Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Some legal knowledge with respect to contracts, liens, insurance, bonds, etc.
- Some accounts receivable knowledge.
- Strong customer service/care skills.
- Strong attention to detail and results focused.
- Strong team orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational/time management skills

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or similar program desirable; extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
- Contract Management Certificate desirable.
- Minimum two years of previous contracts administration experience.
- Minimum one year of financial experience in a construction environment:
