Overview:
**TEAM LEAD**
This unique and critical role is responsible for managing our people and client communications. This individual needs to embody the PPL Virtues. Specifically, we need someone who isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves in field through servant leadership. This means going into the field at least twice a month to help support our people. The expectation is to be onsite for every launch, client visit, or new hire to help bridge the gap between the back office and the frontline.
This is an independent, field-first role designed for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment with mínimal day-to-day oversight. As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading on-site execution, managing inventory and assets, coaching field staff, and owning relationships with retail partners. You’ll also be the go-to for reporting and communication between the field and head office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead on-site operations, ensuring seamless program execution at retail locations.
- Manage consignment and retail-level inventory, including lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50 lbs daily).
- Build and maintain schedules for all assigned staff and activations.
- Supervise and coach field staff and brand ambassadors, driving performance and engagement.
- Ensure proper deployment of assets and adherence to program standards and protocols.
- Liaise between frontline personnel and the corporate team to ensure alignment.
- Track, monitor, and report on KPIs and program metrics.
- Conduct location scouting and provide recommendations for activation sites.
- Manage and nurture retailer relationships, acting as the face of the program at store level.
- Fill field vacancies, including coverage during your own absences if needed.
- Provide weekly reporting insights to support program optimization.
**Reporting Structure**:
- Reports to the Operations Manager / Lead
- Receives weekly support from the Field Coordinator
- Operates independently outside of scheduled events and team activations

**Travel**:Expect to be on the road 60 - 80% of the time, visiting various regions, overseeing field operations, or in the office with the operations, fractional service departments, or client team.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Reliable transportation. This does not including borrowing your mom’s car for the day.
