**What to expect**:
Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the IT Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that processes, hardware and software requirements are in place to support the company's operations, as well as contribute to the decision-making process regarding new and existing tools. The Team Lead will also coach and define expectations for our current system administrators and IT support specialists, as well as participate in the recruitment and integration of future teammates.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Managing the planning, maintenance and evolution of the office environment and infrastructure;
- Managing and following up on IT implementation or upgrade projects with the various stakeholders;
- Leading a small IT team to review expectations, provide coaching, feedback and establish development plans;
- Analyzing current processes to identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement in collaboration with various stakeholders and team members;
- Maintaining all IT security within the company;
- Promoting best practices related to infrastructure management and user support;
- Designing, implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and procedures as they relate to IT;
- Ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested;
- Participating in the recruitment and integration of new employees.

**What we want from you**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, computer engineering, **or** equivalent practical experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology management;
- Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting solutions such as Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, network switches, Wi-Fi;
- Experience leading a small team;
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001;
- Demonstrated experience having direct reports;
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
