Content Writer

Do you love storytelling and creating content with purpose? If so, we have an exciting new role in our North American marketing team.
We are looking for a Content Writer and Editor who will write, manage, and collaborate on written content production for our North American business. You will work closely with our global marketing team, as well as stakeholders across the business, to create, improve, and maintain content. This will require connecting with technical specialists across the business to gather information and turn it into clear and compelling stories and descriptions, along with editing, curating, and aggregating existing content.

About the role
As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will:

- Tell effective stories that convey the value Mott MacDonald delivers to clients, using clear and compelling language
- Maintain high standards of quality while meeting internal and external deadlines
- Edit, proofread, and improve written and visual product content
- Edit, proofread, and improve written content for highly technical infrastructure proposals
- Monitor and analyze usage and engagement with product content
- We’re ideally looking for someone to have the following qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, English, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Journalist, Content Writer, Content Creator, Content Producer, Product Marketing experience or equivalent
- Very strong oral and written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to prioritize/reprioritize and effectively manage time to meet strict deadlines

This role can be based in any of our east coast offices
