You will be a talented writer and editor with a passion for helping people learn about and engage with their wellbeing. You will create, review and edit clear, engaging, empowering, evidence-based content suitable for use across our digital platforms. You will have knowledge of a wide range of mental health issues and be able to convert clinical terms into everyday language, appropriate for a diverse audience.
- Your Responsibilities:

- Develop, create and organise exceptional digital clinical programs
- Write clinical articles for apps, web and marketing use, following tone of voice and style guidelines
- Clinically review content created by other content specialists
- Create content and training materials for Lifeworks’ therapists
- Contribute to Content team meetings
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders to discuss projects, planning and executing as the business requires
- Complete additional content tasks and projects as assigned

What you will need to succeed as our Clinical Content Writer:

- Master level in Psychology, or a relevant field required
- 3+ years of clinical experience, knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders, and in-depth understanding of cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused as well as a strong passion for writing clinical work
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, experience in creating mindfulness and mediation content would be a plus
- Professional understanding of psychology, diagnoses, and treatment
- Detailed knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work successfully under tight deadlines and with a high volume of projects
- Understand vision and execute in content creation
- Interest in meta-analysis research and determination of best practice
