Moves materials, supplies and finished goods to designated places in facility or onto trucks as required. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Manually or using forklift and/or tow motor equipment, performs various material handling duties in facility - Manually loads raw material or finished product on skid or shelves - Fills pick slips received from lead hand or manager. picks sales orders and deliver to shipping - Inspect and pack sales orders verifying accuracy of product and quantity - Completes bills of lading for skid shipments - Complete all material movement transactions to ensure inventory quantity and location accuracy - Operates forklift and stacker equipment - Loads and off loads trailers - Maintains good housekeeping practice in work area - Other duties as assigned by Manager Employee core competencies: - We are committed to attracting and managing the best talent globally. Provide Technical Expertise EDUCATION: - Completion of post-secondary University or College or equivalent work experience in the industry. MANAGEMENT: - This position does not have any reports. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse and forklift experience - Forklift license would be an asset - Team player with multi-tasking abilities - Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Good work ethic, attention to detail as well as reliable and timely attendance - Previous experience with Radio Frequency Equipment an asset - Good computer skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Regular exposure to the warehouse. - Ability to move throughout the warehouse and office areas for long periods of time. - Alternates between standing and moving within the work area. - Must be able to manipulate equipment used in performance of tasks. - Other demands include but not limited to oral, written, and presentation/communications skills.
