Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Material Handler

Monday to Friday

8:30am-5:00pm

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products according to established procedures.

2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

4. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

6. Assist in conducting regular inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.

7. Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

8. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and workflow.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

3. Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and fulfilling orders.

5. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.

8. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with inventory management software.

2. Prior experience in the packaging industry.

3. Additional certifications or training related to warehouse operations.
