We are looking for a **Client Service Supervisor** who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Personal Support Workers while also supporting our clients. This a permanent position in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our St. Thomas office.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under mínimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

**Skills needed for success**:

- Preferably a RN or RPN wih active registration and in good standing with college of nurses of Ontario
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
- Highly organized and ability to multitask is essential for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
