We pride ourselves on delivering precise and efficient solutions for a wide range of construction projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Excavation and Grading Foreman to lead our dedicated team.

As an Excavation and Grading Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of excavation and grading operations on project sites. Your role will involve coordinating with project managers, supervising crew members, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a crew of workers in excavation and grading activities.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily tasks and project timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
- Operate and oversee the use of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, and backhoes.
- Monitor work progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in excavation and grading, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
- Extensive knowledge of excavation and grading techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
