Our focus is building dream backyards (outdoor living spaces) for customers which includes but is not limited to: Interlock patios, steps, window wells, low voltage lighting, retaining walls, walkways, and pool coping, etc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive F550 truck and haul a 20' trailer (foreman role).
- Manage and motivate crew members and provide training, guidance and direction (foreman role).
- Gather and prep all materials, tools and equipment for the days project.
- Excavate and grade.
- Install various types of interlock projects.
- Operate small equipment and power tools.
- Operate skid steers, excavators, (and loaders).
- Follow daily instruction from the department manager and remain a team player from start to finish.
- Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Interlocking, (3+ years experience required).
- Previous experience as a interlock foreman/crew lead (foreman role).
- ICPI certification is an asset but not required.
- The ability to follow drawings and plans.
- Valid class G licence with clean drivers abstract.
- Experience driving pickup trucks, single axle dump trucks, and a variety of trailers is an asset.
- The ability to operate equipment such as quick-cut, compactor, skid steers, and excavators.
- Ability to handle summer weather conditions and able to lift a minimum 60lb.
- Must be able to commute to office and shop near Hawthorne rd and Leitrim rd and work from 6:30AM to 6:30PM.

**Notes**:

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
