**What are your contributions to the team?**:
As a Leader, Cabinetry Operations for the Global 7500 at Bombardier, reporting to the Director of Operations, you are responsible for managing unionized employees. Your role requires you to act as a coach and communicator.
- Establish and monitor the achievement of production objectives by planning, organizing, motivating, and coordinating the activities of a team assigned to the cutting room, assembly, and/or final integration.
- Manage your team’s budgets, ensure product quality and employee productivity (20 to 30 employees).
- Identify, document, and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives, and share best practices across the organization.
- Ensure continuous improvement, particularly through the use of problem-solving processes.
- Demonstrate leadership in alignment with Bombardier Aviation’s vision and values.
- Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have strong management skills and ideally possess extensive experience in the aerospace industry.
- You have a college-level education or equivalent experience.
- Your values and vision align with the company’s philosophy.
- You are proficient in both French and English.
- You are capable of working under tight deadlines.
- You have at least five (5) years of experience.
