We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data/Business Analyst to join our team. As a Data/Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions that support business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets using various analytical tools and techniques.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and address specific data-related inquiries.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Work closely with technical teams to gather and transform data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s or equivalent in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Certifications and Experience**:

- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Previous experience in data analysis or business analyst roles.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging data analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.
