**Team Supervisor**

We are situated above the heart of Squamish's nightlife. We deliver unique guest experiences, and ensure that all our guests have a clean, safe and memorable time.

Duties Include:

- Be a representative of the hotel and offer support to 24/7 emergency needs
- Able to assists guests in person as needed after hours
- Provide positive and strong leadership for the team
- Happy to be part of the team and willing to get into the action
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
- Take, cancel and change room reservations.
- Attend to guest requests - co-ordinate departments as required.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
- Work with mínimal supervision.
- Clean all assigned guests rooms including: dusting, making beds, linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
- Assist in the removal of trash and recyclables from guest rooms.
- Assist in transporting in room reusables and facilitating the washing and restocking of these Items.
- Maintain and upkeep of guest corridors and common areas.
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report necessary maintenance items.
- Light building maintenance including shovelling snow, changing light bulbs, light lifting and moving of items in storage closets, basic painting etc.

Previous hotel experience is ideal.

Customer service / Front desk experience is a must.

Housekeeping experience is an asset.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Squamish, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
