**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with project goals and objectives.
- Assist in day to day design tasks (posts, stories, thumbnails, cover photos etc.)
- Collaborate with the social media team to understand project requirements and vision.
- Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe After Effects) to assemble video content, incorporating music, dialogue, graphics, and special effects as needed.
- Ensure consistency and continuity throughout each video, including color grading, audio mixing, and pacing.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques, software, and technology.
- Manage and organize video files, maintaining an efficient workflow and file structure.
- Occasionally assist with filming and other production tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
