**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project duration.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
- Experience using Civil 3D or other relevant construction management software is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
