The Manager, Forecasting & Sales Analytics will report directly to our General Manager. The focus of the Manager, Forecasting & Sales Analytics role is to:

- Own the NABU Canada reporting file: Daily tracking of sales by brand and customer,
- Own the annual master forecast by brand, by customer, working with NA DSP to react and adjust to business changes,
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and sales metrics tracking,
- Report on financial performance and support General Manager for regular leadership reviews,
- Familiar with Lowe’s Vendor DART reporting system / CTR / Walmart systems,
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements (all levels of the P&L),
- Creation of new reports to further provide transparency in support of the growth of the Canadian business unit highlighting margins and overall spending trends,
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with annual business plan and forecast revisions,
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards,
- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models,
- Own the customer-facing relationship with Forecasting & Operations,
- Cooperatively work with Manager, Canada Operations to analyze and minimize Operational Compliance Fines, with external communication responsibility,
- Manage S&OP process with local Commercial team, NJ back-end team and NA office,
- Own and represent the complete 52-week Sales/Inventory forecast and goals for Canada business for both OBM and ODM businesses,
- Manage inventory in Chervon 3PL warehouses; rotate goods in from domestic warehouses along with new goods coming from Nanjing, China,
- Conduct regularly scheduled Forecasting, Inventory, internally and externally and support with conference calls, physical meetings,
- Deep integration with China & Canada Commercial teams and US Operations/Finance teams on all deliverables.

Pay: $54,609.00-$117,714.00 per year
