**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Must carry G Licence and capable of backing up/towing trailer
- Sidewalk clearing duties
- clearing and salting using shovel/snowblower, salter, drive van and trailer
- Excavation duties - Using shovel, rake, pick, broom etc
- Property Maintenance Duties
- grass cutting, trimming etc
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Maintaining equipment
- greasing, washing etc
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Must carry valid G Licence and provide clean driving record
- Must be available to work on an on call basis (during winter contracts)
- Must be available to overtime hours (all seasons)
- Must have access to own transportation
- Must have work boots and appropriate work clothes
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
- Must be capable of towing with trailer and backing up safely/confidently
- Preference given to individuals who are mechanically inclined
- Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions effectively.

**Wage based on performance and experience with potential for increase**

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
