**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- BCCSA Traffic Control Certification
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE**:
- Driver’s license and clean abstract
- Must have a reliable vehicle and phone**:
- Willingness to learn and excel
- Physically capable of working long hours
- CSA approved steel toe boots
- Possession of and ability to use a smartphone with data
- Under the supervision of a Team Lead, read and understand traffic control plans, and follow verbal work instructions as provided
- Perform the set-up and take-down of roadway lane closures
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Good work ethic
- Rain gear
- Work outdoors
**Benefits and Perks**:
- Competitive Wages ($20.00-$24.00 per hour inclusive of Stat and holiday pay) or $41,600 - $48,000 per year depending on ability to work on OT shifts.
- Ability to work your way up to a Lane Control Technician (LCT).
- 2 Weeks of paid holiday.
- $300-$500 signing bonus - After successful completion of 700 hours.
