Terra was formed over 10 years ago by a group of exceptional and knowledgeable construction and operation managers that have over 25 years of experience.

We are currently looking to build upon our experienced, growth-orientated, and dedicated list of employees through our Traffic Control Person opportunity.

**The Opportunity**:
**A day in the life of the Traffic Control Person
- roles and responsibilities**:

- Execute effective traffic management plans with proper equipment
- Assist with setting up and maintaining sites with signage and barricades
- Direct drivers, pedestrians, and workers on safe routes
- Protect workers by keeping work space free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazards
- Review traffic management plans and retrieve up-to-date plans when necessary
- Train other site workers about traffic and equipment safety
- Perform other duties as and when required

**Qualifications
- what you bring to the organization**:

- Safety
- orientated, adheres to safety at all times
- Have minimum of 1 year working as a TCP
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle to get to sites
- Current BCCSA approved Traffic Control Certification required
- Motivation to keep traffic smooth and pedestrians safe
- Is committed to be a reliable, professional, and consistent team player
- Comfortable with lifting cones and signs up to 50lbs

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
