**POSITION**: Packaging Associate **REPORTS TO**:Director, Operations

We are looking for a **Packaging Associate** to join our Production team Our Packaging Associate will be responsible for packaging various products in Oats & Grains Division and assisting the Lead Hands on our packing lines You will also be fulfilling various production duties, including sanitation, keeping your work area clean, and communicating well with your team members to ensure a proper workflow

- You understand basic production principles, processes, and equipment
- You have good communication skills (verbal and written), i.e., able to understand direction and communicate back as required

- You have good computer and math skills
- Food Safety Certificate

**Things you will do**
- Fill various packaging (boxes, bags, totes) and palletize product
- Count and fill out production documents accurately
- Communicate any problems to appropriate stakeholders including lead hands, supervisors, maintenance, and more
- Follow all given instructions including work and safety procedures or standards
- Diligently follow all food safety regulations
- You will be working in environments with mobile equipment and heavy-duty equipment

- You are able to work flexible shifts, including Mornings and Afternoons
