As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and flexible individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Associate.
**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the manufacturing and production of handcrafted herbal remedies, following quality control standards and maintaining good manufacturing practices.
- Support order fulfillment, including packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping fulfillment for orders across Canada and the US.
- Help maintain inventory management by tracking stock levels and preparing materials for production.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with product development, production scheduling, or other operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail, particularly with quality control and order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and learn different roles as the company evolves.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift packages (up to 50 lbs).
