Shoreline Orthodontics puts people first and takes pride in making a difference in the communities that we serve. We are looking for an orthodontic treatment coordinator to join our team. The ideal person for the role is someone who loves to go above and beyond expectations in patient care and is thrilled to help make people smile.
The positionrequiresan outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset and an understanding of orthodontics. You would be responsible for meeting potential patients and working with the orthodontist to present treatment and payment options to adults, teens, and children.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Understands and explains the importance of early orthodontic evaluations and the different types of treatment and stages.
- Presents treatment plans and negotiates agreeable financial terms.
- Proactively works referrals to keep a full appointment schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
