We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

**Overview**: As a Bartender, your passion for the ever evolving beverage offerings is a must Bringing to the Guests and Team Members, your charm, and personality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide Guests with their beverage selection
- Prepare all beverages to brand standards
- Maintain bar cleanliness and brand appearance
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Promote and engages all Guests in all local and national promotions
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety program
- Aggregator/Take out Management
- Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices

**Is This You?**
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high volume casual dining restaurant
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required
- Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team oriented with the ability to build and foster positive relationships
- Energetic, self-confident and engaging
- Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
