**About the Role: Branch Manager**
As a Branch Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving success at your location. You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, achieve financial goals, and uphold Pay2Day’s industry-leading standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Development**: Create and implement development plans to empower team members, holding them accountable to the highest service standards.

- **Operational Oversight**: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage scheduling, and maintain a high standard of branch performance.

Pay: $41,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
