About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a well-established wholesale business that supplies retailers and boutiques across North America. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Montreal, supporting the daily operations of a small, fast-paced office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update order forms, invoices, and other documentation
- Coordinate shipments and prepare packages
- Follow up with existing clients regarding orders and payments
- Manage inventory records and perform light data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the owner and internal team
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Friendly, professional communication skills (especially on the phone)
- Experience in administrative support or bookkeeping is an asset
- Fluent in English; French is a plus

Details:

- Full-time, in-person position
- Monday to Friday
- Located in Montreal, QC
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
