**Your Role and Impact**
**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing volume levels with existing assigned accounts
- Engage in end-user account calls with targeted accounts to ensure goals are achieved
- Engage with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to enhance the promotion of ViewSonic in the territory
- Engage with distributor field representatives to better understand the reseller community through revenue availability and plan a strategy accordingly
- Develop and implement innovative account-based marketing plans and activities.
- Conduct training events with accounts/resellers to ensure knowledge and mind share of ViewSonic products, programs, and services by their sales representatives and executive management
- Maintain a well-defined sales strategy for all accounts in the defined region
- Grow skills to and maintain a high level of job and product knowledge, competition, teamwork, communication, creativity, productivity, time management, career development plans, ongoing sales training, etc.
- Support the General Manager and upper management by assisting in reviewing and/or modifying existing strategies and tactics, establishing and maintaining good communication with all levels of the organization
- Contribute to the development of future marketing and sales programs by regularly reporting to corporate competitive pricing information, new product introductions, and promotional activities
- Attend trade shows, conduct seminars, participate in sales events, conduct product training, and do executive-level presentations as required
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferred
- 3 - 5 years of channel sales experience in a computer hardware industry preferred
- Demonstrated the ability to promote growth in territory/account and drive growth
- Passionate for technology, must have a working knowledge of how to service, sell, and support projects within target accounts
- Possess a professional demeanor, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate effectively with mínimal supervision
- Possess a high level of energy with demonstrated ability to make a substantial number of calls, handle a high volume of accounts, and maintain a continuous pace
- Must have excellent time management skills and demonstrated knowledge of SalesForce
**Work Environment & Requirements**
- **Environment**: This is a field sales position; environment is on the road visiting customers and prospects. Home office is the standard office environment.
- **Travel**: Expected 30% travel minimum; mostly in assigned territory.
