Territory Sales Manager - Commercial HVAC (Western Canada)We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Western Canada region for commercial HVAC solutions. In this role, you will build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and end‑users while promoting innovative electronic control valves and building automation products. If you’re passionate about technical sales and expanding market presence, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career in a fast‑paced, industry‑leading organization.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and increase market share within the Western Canada territory.Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors, controls specialists, consulting engineers, and key clients.Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client education sessions.Provide expert technical support and recommend suitable solutions to resolve customer challenges.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to win bids and projects.Prepare and deliver accurate quotations based on customer needs and project specifications.Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve regional targets.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree or 3-10 years of relevant experience in the commercial HVAC or building automation industry.Proven experience with control contracting and a solid understanding of building automation systems (BAS) and DDC controls.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel across the designated territory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.Self‑motivated, organized, and able to operate independently with a technical aptitude.Persistent and detail‑oriented in pursuing new opportunities.Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time within the region.Ability to set up a suitable home office environment.Must meet company driving policy and insurance requirements.Successful background check clearance.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Core Group Resources by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
