We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative, and professional IT technician to join our growing team in Oshawa as a Technical Accounts Manager. In this role, you will act as a primary IT infrastructure analyst and liaison for designated clients. Starting salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the installation and troubleshooting of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
- Manage client service ticket escalations
- Travel to client sites to perform essential onsite work as required
- Conduct annual client IT Reviews
- Conduct annual client Technology Business Review meetings
- Coordinate procurement for client technology stacks
- Review and manage client IT infrastructure

**Qualifications**:

- University and/or college accreditation in Computer Systems Networking, Computer Systems Technician, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related discipline. Post-graduate certifications an asset.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a client-facing technical services role
- Advanced knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Proficiency with ConnectWise PSA an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
