Job Overview

- We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our product delivery portfolio.

- This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

- This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of delegated tasks and driving results.

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Priority Management: Balance competing priorities and ensure critical projects are delivered on schedule.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical teams to align expectations and resolve issues.

- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as needed.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.

- Process Optimization: Apply best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes.

- Delegation & Team Support: Act as a point of execution for tasks delegated by senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely completion.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

- Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
