- COMPANY:
- The Canada Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is a critical role for process escalation, improvement, and sustainability for our 7 Canada sites. is responsible for leading process sustainability and improvement, by providing brewing process, technical expertise, and problem-solving support.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Zone point of contact for escalation of process issues- Provides support for process, capacity, and KPI gap closing through weekly MCRS meetings and routine visits to the sites- Supports breweries in problem-solving, data analysis, new process impact analysis, and technical process analysis.- Facilitates the execution of the brewing strategy- Facilitates Best Practice sharing between breweries (internal and external to the zone) and cascades from zone and global- Support Brewing CAPEX projects through participation in design reviews, startup support, and 1YP/3YP development.- Participates in VA workshop routines- Facilitates site level alignment and execution of process optimization and new technology implementation- Works closely with ZBS Maintenance, Utilities, and Packaging to drive improved for the Canada brewing departments- Routine Travel to Canada Breweries (minimum of 50%)- Work cross functionally with other ZBS teams, Global Innovation and Technology (GITEC), and Brewery leadership regarding financials.- Able to support other Brewing Process Zone Technical Expert (ZTE) roles as needed- Participate in Zone Sensory panel analysis- Support ABIU training through instruction and mentoring of Brewing Curriculum courses
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Science, Engineering, or similar field- Three or more years’ experience in an operating department. Multiple department experience and/or Maintenance BPM.- In depth knowledge of the brewing process, ingredients, and brewing equipment- Familiarity with brewing policies / procedures is preferred- Strong leader with ability to effectively manage and influence multiple levels of the organization- Excellent interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills- Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions- In-depth knowledge of the Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) management system within the organization- Desire to be part of new technology, process improvement, and Zone Support- Belt Certification preferred- SAP experience preferred- Power BI experience preferred- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills- Travel to breweries to support process improvement initiatives
