Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of _Oldcastle APG_ and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.

The regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (6:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday)*

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Labourer must be able to handle various tasks including the following:

- Clean molds, mixer, and block machine
- Participate in production and preventative maintenance of equipment as requested.
- Sort and manipulate concrete products
- Perform yard and plant clean-up and keeps his work area clean
- Repair broken pallets
- Maintain quality standards on products

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School Diploma
- Manufacturing work experience
- Must be ok with Dusty and Hot environment (during Cleaning)
- Must be willing to work in tight spaces and at heights if necessary
- Must be able to stand for entirety of shift
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Forklift experience will be an asset
- Safety oriented
