- Due to growth within the Toronto office we are seeking an Immigration Lawyer
- who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who, effectively collaborates and supports their clients.

- As a Business Immigration Lawyer at Fragomen, you will:
- Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.-
- Delegate, oversee and support the work of analyst's, who assist in file preparation, billing and file tracking.-
- Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in CanadaResearch issues address them proactively and formulate solutions.- Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law-
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff-
- Responsible for managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment.-
- Ability to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.-
- Effectively utilize on-line research tools and comfortable working with client management systems.-
- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude and contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives.- We work in a hybrid model, 2 days at the office and 3 days at home.
