**Your Role: Quality Assurance Analyst**

The Quality Assurance Analyst collaborates closely with the Product team to execute and validate test cases based on system requirements. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and conducting system testing for a range of implementations, from simple to complex. Key responsibilities include software testing within strict deadlines, maintaining process documentation, and managing test case records.

Additionally, this position plays an active role in tactical planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and efficiency. It is responsible for identifying system bugs, assessing their impact, and effectively communicating findings to the Product team and other business units.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts on projects of varying size.
- Identify case scenarios for the quality control and testing of products and services.
- Conduct product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors.
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the team.
- Perform testing on various software, telecom, and reporting systems.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents and provide QA input to ensure that requirements can be tested accurately and reliably.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requirements are gathered and appropriately documented.
- Ensure sustainability of current operational processes while planning future system features and enhancements.
- Assist in scoping, documenting, and testing phases throughout the development cycle.
- Confirm product quality targets are met and accurately documented on an ongoing basis.
- Identify bugs in the system and track and escalate, as required.
- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming tickets. Escalate as necessary.
- Assist in corporate projects, as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

**What You Bring**:
**Education**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree

**Experience & Skills**:

- 3+ years of hands-on manual software testing.
- Proficiency with Jira for test case management and issue tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure software quality.
- Experience in developing comprehensive QA plans, documenting use cases and criteria, and executing structured test processes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required for scheduled deployments.
