**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your passion for coffee and customer service will help elevate the experience of every guest who walks through our doors.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling food items and ensuring proper food handling practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food service operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in roles involving food handling or customer service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash management and order processing.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Experience in food preparation or cashiering is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour
