**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of children with disabilities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized support plans.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Provide training and support for staff on best practices in teaching and caregiving for children with disabilities.
- Facilitate communication between staff, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.

**Experience**
- 3 years experience in early childhood education or related field is essential.
- Classroom experience is highly desirable, particularly in settings that include children with disabilities.
- Background in teaching or caregiving, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with children.
- Develop and implement childcare programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. This Supervisor position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while leading a passionate team dedicated to fostering growth and development.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.60 per hour
