**About the Role**:
Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre (CONC) is looking for a proactive and strategic **Facilities Manager** to lead operations across a diverse portfolio of community-serving properties including shelters, transitional housing, and neighbourhood centres.

As Facilities Manager, you will oversee multi-site maintenance, compliance, safety systems, and vendor contracts while ensuring spaces are secure, functional, and responsive to the needs of our clients, staff, and community. You’ll play a critical role in CONC’s growth by aligning facility infrastructure with service delivery excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage facilities operations across multiple CONC properties
- Oversee preventive maintenance, safety systems, and inspections
- Ensure full compliance with safety codes, AODA, and licensing regulations
- Lead emergency preparedness planning and response
- Manage contractors, security systems, and capital repair projects
- Develop and oversee operational and capital budgets
- Support organizational expansion and space optimization

**What You Bring**:

- 5-7 years of progressive experience in multi-site facilities or property management
- Knowledge of building codes, fire safety, AODA, and licensing
- Experience managing vendor contracts and facilities budgets
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with facilities tracking software and digital recordkeeping
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
