We are a luxury beauty brand in Toronto, dedicated to providing exceptional lash extension services in a clean, safe, and client-focused environment. We are looking for a talented Lash Technician who is passionate about beauty, skilled in lash extension techniques, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess lash health and understand desired styles.
- Review client history, take before and after photos, and document all treatment details.
- Provide expert advice on lash care and recommend aftercare products.

**Lash Application**:

- Perform various eyelash extension techniques including classic, volume, and hybrid sets.
- Ensure proper isolation and mínimal use of glue to avoid damage to natural lashes.

**Sanitation and Safety**:

- Maintain a sanitized workstation, sterilize tools, and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Follow strict sanitation protocols as set out by the company and Body Safe regulations.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed client records, including lash styles, lengths, and sensitivities.
- Document any concerns for future reference and ensure accurate service logs.

**Time Management**:

- Effectively manage appointment times to ensure smooth workflow.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for shifts and ensure a seamless client experience.

**Client Education and Problem Solving**:

- Provide clients with thorough aftercare instructions and address any issues with lash retention or client discomfort.
- Offer solutions for sensitive eyes and allergic reactions as needed.

**Ongoing Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, attend company training sessions, and complete required certifications (WSIB training).

**Cleaning Duties**:

- Ensure workstations, floors, and bathrooms are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including managing laundry and checking treatment room humidity levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of lash extension experience with a valid lash extension certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
- A client-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
