**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Journeyman Plumber** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a small, dynamic company where you’ll have the chance to take on a variety of plumbing tasks, including grease trap installations, drain cleaning, sewer jetting, and plumbing repairs. As our first plumber on the team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us expand our services and build a great reputation for quality work. This job is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, wants to take on more responsibility, and grow with a company that values its employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform drain cleaning services, including high-pressure sewer jetting, to clear blockages and restore proper flow.
- Complete plumbing repairs for sinks, drains, and other systems.
- Install and maintain grease traps, including both in-ground and above-ground installations, in commercial kitchens.
- Help with any emergency plumbing issues that may arise.
- Occasionally assist with moving equipment, organizing the shop, and ensuring the tools and materials are ready for the job.
- Drive to job sites and ensure safe operation of company vehicles.
- Work as part of a small team to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Be flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the company grows.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman Plumber License (required).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
- At least 1 year of commercial plumbing experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong physical stamina (ability to lift heavy equipment, move materials, etc.).
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and occasionally after hours if required.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
