As an AEM Author, you're responsible for content management admin, creating pages from templates, and helping build training material and document components libraries within an eCommerce domain. As an experienced team member, you know what excellence looks like and continuously strive to improve yourself and the team.

Responsibilities*
- Create pages in AEM from templates
- Build training material for different internal audiences
- Document component libraries
- Show initiative in critical stages of the development process
- Execute and measure activities
- Collaborate on feature design and problem-solving with technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Evaluate and implement changes based on software development best practices

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in **_AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)_**
- Experience as an **_AEM Author_**
- Experience using **_CMS Admin (AEM Sites)_**:

- Sound SDLC and practices - version control, CI/CD
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to collaborate well with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in agile/scrum methodologies
- Experience working with remote / distributed teams and projects
- Proficiency in documenting components libraries

**As a bonus, you'll also have the following**:

- Java experience
- Azure
- Experience meeting demands for high availability and scale
