**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? As a **Tenant Support Worker**, you will build meaningful relationships with a diverse tenant population, including those at risk of homelessness or facing challenges such as abuse, medical issues, or addiction. Your role will be crucial in helping tenants navigate the complexities of social housing, facilitating personal support networks through community resources, family connections, and peer initiatives. If you're ready to empower individuals and foster resilience in their journeys, we want to hear from you

**Qualifications**:
Experience working with diverse clients facing various challenges, such as abuse, mental health issues, and life-threatening conditions, is crucial. Knowledge of the bio-psychosocial model of addiction and harm reduction principles is also important. Experience with crisis lines is a valuable asset.

This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
